Office Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8 am to 4:30 pm
Closed for lunch from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm
Our staff will be available to answer phone calls between 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
Monday through Friday. At other times, you may leave a message for the appropriate
person by following the prompts on the recorded message. Do not leave a message for a
medical emergency or for an issue that requires a prompt response. In the event of an
emergency, dial 911.
Disclosures
Texas Urology physicians, Dr. Kenneth Goldberg and Dr. John Fairbanks, are investors in Denton Surgical Services, L.L.C., which leases
a lithotripter to area facilities.
Laboratory Tests and x-ray results
You will either be contacted by phone or mailed a copy of your lab test results.
Prescriptions
Please contact your pharmacy for any prescription refills. They will fax our office if an
authorization is needed. Please allow 48 hours for this process.
