I first became a patient of Dr. Goldberg's at Texas Urology in 1981 when I had a bout with kidney stones. He promptly diagnosed and treated the problem--without the need for surgery. I have continued to see him through the years. After my Dad passed away in another state as result of prostate cancer, Dr. Goldberg began to monitor my PSA more closely. An abnormally high PSA in early 2009 led Dr. Goldberg to perform a biopsy which confirmed that I was in the very early stage of prostate cancer. Before deciding the method of treatment, Dr. Goldberg required that I first read information about various forms of treatment. Thereafter, he allowed me to choose the method of treatment that I thought appropriate. He never dictated; instead, he allowed me to make an educated decision. In all of the years I have gone to Dr. Goldberg, I do not think that I ever had to wait more than five minutes to see him. He has always been direct and honest in his communications with me. I highly recommend Dr. Goldberg.

Dr. Goldberg's staff is always very efficient and very kind. Appointments are on time. They always take care of our needs and answer any questions we have about any problems. Dr. Goldberg is always very thorough in his exams and xrays required. He was excellent during my lithotripsy procedure and follows up on everything, without being asked. I have chosen to remain a patient of Dr. Goldberg since the late '80's. He has done an outstanding job of treating my 'growing problem' over the years, and is currently treating me for a post heart attack catheter problem. Personal concerns have always received the professional, prompt, and courteous attention any patient deserves.
