Billing & Insurance
We will file your insurance for your visits. Any co-payments, co-insurance,
and/or deductibles are due at the time of service. If your insurance denies a
service or determines additional fees are due from the patient after they
process the claim, we ask that these be paid within 30 days. We accept cash,
check, Visa, Master Card, and Discover. 
Some specialized tests performed by Texas Urology physicians are billed by the
performing lab. You will receive a separate bill from these providers.
If at any time we are ordering or having you perform a special test, inquire if
it will be billed through our office or by another provider.
